Volunteer Hours Complete :)
I have a child at Swan School in Port Townsend, and we're required to complete 30 hours of volunteer work per year. Since Swan's previous school photographer moved to Europe, I decided to tackle this project. And I fell in love with the niche! I love photographing kids, and the opportunity to take authentic, organic school photos that capture a child's personality instead of a cheesy canned smile was perfect. I photographed 59 students, 10 pairs of siblings, and several parent/child for any student who's parent is on staff. It took me about 4 hours of photographing.
